- HF/VHF/UHF: Icom IC-715 (All mode transceiver)
- Handheld: Kenwood TH-D75
- SDR: RTL-SDR for monitoring and experimentation
Operating Conditions #
Operating from an apartment means I’ve had to get creative! I primarily:
- Operate mobile for traditional voice contacts
- Focus on digital modes at home (especially FT8 for weak signal work)
- Experiment with portable operations
